In Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a skin problem in which skin cells build up and form scales and dry patches which are itchy and painful. Applying Betsalic Ointment helps manage psoriasis symptoms like itching, pain, redness, swelling or irritation. It moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and smooth. How Betsalic Ointment works

Betsalic Ointment is a combination of two medicines: Betamethasone and Salicylic Acid which treat eczema and psoriasis. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Betamethasone into the skin.
